Pollen Forecast for Shasta, California

The amount of pollen in the air for Tuesday will not change appreciably and will remain in the extremely low range. Because pollen is produced by growing and blooming plants, no such plants means no local pollen.

Based on past pollen counts and expected weather conditions, pollen levels for Wednesday will be increasing but will still remain in the low range. Since the weather has a major influence on pollen dispersal, this increase is due in part to drier air. Tomorrow's increase could spell trouble for allergy sufferers.
