Pollen Forecast for Opdyke, Illinois

The pollen levels for Friday will remain relatively stable in the extremely low range. Although pollen is almost non-existent at this time, the budding trees are not far off. By the time the tree buds are noticeable, the new pollen is already in the air.

The quantity of pollen grains in the air for Saturday will be higher than they were today but will stay in the very low range. Since the weather has a major influence on pollen dispersal, this increase is due in part to seasonally normal weather conditions which are favorable for the production and dispersal of pollen.
